What You’ll Be Doing
Being a "person-centered" pro—basically, you’re a partner in someone else's success.
Promoting independence and helping participants find their voice.
Driving the squad around in company vehicles for daily adventures.
The "Must-Haves"
High School Diploma/GED.
A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (last 3 years).
Ability to pass a physical/drug screen.
The ability to be a patient, empathetic human being.
