We are seeking Part-time employees to work the overnight Sleep Shift from 11:00pm-8:30am.

No experience necessary, we provide paid ORIENTATION & TRAINING. Great opportunity for students who need extra study time or a position that allows you to sleep during the night and earn money!

*Due to the nature of our work we require all 3rd shift staff to train on 2nd shift for your first week, and attend a Mandatory 5 day orientation split within your schedule down to 2 days per week.*

  • Pay: $10.70 Sleep wage from 11 PM - 6 AM / $16.50 from 6 AM - 8/830 AM

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity, and commitment
  • Work in partnership with participants
  • Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
  • Company Paid - Medication Administration Certification 
  • Company Paid - CPR/ First Aid Certification 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
  • Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
  • Ability to express patience in difficult situations
  • Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with eligibility to be insured.
