We are seeking a full-time Payroll and Accounting Specialist to perform a variety of payroll, general accounting and business tasks. This position requires the ability to work in office Monday – Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM.

We are seeking a full-time Payroll and Accounting Specialist to perform a variety of payroll, general accounting and business tasks. This position requires the ability to work in office Monday – Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM.
Responsibilities Include:
- Payroll
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Responsible for coding and entering deposits into the accounting and banking software and taking deposits to the bank as needed
- Compile, record, and analyze data to produce reports for decision making purposes related to accounting, facilities, programming, development and administration
- Compile monthly schedules to support the annual budget, financial audit and cost report processes
- Support the liability insurance management process.
- Support the contract management process.
- Assist the organization on an as needed basis with business related ad hoc projects and reporting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to process data quickly, accurately, and confidently is critical
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Account, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum three years of related payroll management experience
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with accounting software is strongly preferred
