2nd Shift Full time DSP - Residential Program Leader

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Full time Residential Program Leader to join our ICF Program.
Pay:
- $17.50 per hour
- Enjoy a shift differential of $1.50 Monday - Friday & $2.50 on the weekends
- 5 Day Mandatory Orientation ( Split to 2 days per week)

Responsibilities and Duties
- This position will oversee one of our homes on 2nd shift
- Mandatory On-call phone rotation every 3rd or 4th weekend.
- Rotating Holiday Schedule and On- Call rotation once a month
- Must be able to commit to working every other weekend
- This position provides direct support, training and oversight to the Direct Support Professional team, as well as a variety of administrative responsibilities.
- Approximately 32 hours of the position will be spent providing direct support to individuals with autism and 8 hours acting as a liaison between direct support staff and management and various administrative functions.
- Provide person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity, and commitment
- Work in partnership with participants
- Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
- Assistance with participant hygiene requirements could include bathing, toileting, and bodily fluids.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 - 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities in a Direct Support Professional (DSP) capacity is strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
- Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
- Must have open availability and able to work Monday-Friday.
- Ability to express patience in difficult situations
- Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
