Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | Part-Time with Rotating Weekends
Compensation: $16.50/hr base + Earn up to $19.00/hr with shift differentials!

What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you are a teacher and a partner. You will:
Empower Independence: Teach daily living skills and facilitate communication.
Foster Creativity: Participate in gardening, groundskeeping, and art programs.
Provide Vital Care: Assist with personal hygiene (bathing/toileting) with dignity and empathy.
Collaborate: Work in a team-oriented environment dedicated to person-centered support.
What You Bring
A heart full of empathy and a mind full of patience.
A High School Diploma or GED.
A valid Driver’s License (insurable).
A desire to start a career in healthcare, social work, education, or nursing.
